How it will work

Walk. Discover. Collect.

World of Relics is still being made. This is the game we are building.

Step 1

Walk the real world

The World map is drawn from real streets. When it opens up, heading outside will show you what is stirring nearby.

Step 2

Follow a signal

Signals will hint at a relic close by. Walk closer until one locks, then search for the relic through your camera.

Step 3

Add it to your collection

Every find is minted with its own serial number. No other relic will ever carry it.

Relics

Every relic is one of a kind

Swords and axes first, with more weapons on the way. Every relic is rolled part by part when it is found, so two of the same kind rarely look the same.

Parts

A sword has a blade, guard, grip and pommel. Each part rolls its own material and colors, and most parts a pattern too: Damascus, runes, frost cracks, flame etching and more.

Classification

Normal, Shiny, Dark, Ancient or Corrupted. Each one gives the relic a different look, from a sweeping glint to pulsing violet veins.

Element

Fire, Water, Ice, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Light, Dark or Void can wrap a relic in a living aura.

Serial

Each relic is minted once, with a serial like STG-GEN-00000011. A serial is never used again.

ARTIFACT
One of one

From four stars up, a relic shimmers with a hologram and glows in its rarity color. Artifacts are never rolled: each one is placed in the world by us. Power and rarity are separate, so a strong relic is not always a rare one.

A share card: the relic in its case, its name, rarity and odds, and its serial

Show off your finds

Every relic has a share card: the relic in its case, your display name (and your profile picture, if you use it and are 16 or older), its rarity and odds once it’s graded, and its serial. Your caption is copied for you, ready to paste.

“Only 1 in 22,803 — and it’s mine.”
